WOODBALL PLAYERS LEAVE FOR THAILAND
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Mongolian woodball players left last Sunday for Thailand to take part in the Woodball World Championship to be held from March 30-April 4 in Bangkok city.
The competitions will be attended by players from some 30 countries such as Japan, Thailand, the Republic of Korea, Chinese Taipei, Uganda, Sweden and Russia. Mongolia's team comprises a teacher of Mongolia's State University of Education and a bronze medalist of international competition S.Battsooj; a student of Mongolia's State University (MSU) and deputy sports master G.Batmyagmar; a student of the University of Humanitarian Sciences (UHS) E.Tsogt. They are chaired by Ts.Tamir, a teacher of the College of Pedagogy of Arkhangai aimag.
Before the events, our players will have a week training with Thailand's team, Ts.Tamir will participate in a session of the International Woodball Federation (IWbF), in a training for international coaches and a theory-practice lesson, in order to gain a right of international judge.
