Georgian envoy calls for boosting Tehran-Tbilisi ties
Tehran, March 16, IRNA - Georgia's envoy called for boosting Tehran-Tbilisi ties in all fields here on Monday.
Georgian Ambassador to Tehran Giorgi Janjgava made the remarks in a meeting with Iranian investors in Esteghlal Hotel in Tehran.
Janjgava said Iran and Georgia enjoy high historical, cultural and political ties, calling for boosting the two sides' economic transactions.
Referring to the 2009 global financial crisis, he said the crisis did not affect Georgia’s economy./end
