Iran-South Korea national libraries sign MoU
Tehran, March 13, IRNA – Cultural advisor of President Ahmadinejad and head of National Library and Document Organization signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) in bilateral cooperation with his South Korean counterpart in Seoul on Friday.
Ali Akbar Asha’ri, who is in Seoul heading a delegation signed an MoU with Head of South Korean National Library Cho Min-Mu.
Exchanging information and experiences in the field of library science and information dissemination and holding exhibitions were among articles of the MoU.
The two sides also agreed to open sections in their libraries about South Korea and Iran.
The Iranian delegation is to visit South Korean National Archive, too.
Iran's Ambassador to South Korea Mohammad Reza Bakhtiari was also present in the signing ceremony./end
