ULAANBAATAR AND BUDAPEST TO ENHANCE COOPERATION

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between Ulaanbaatar Mayor
G.Monkhbayar and Budapest Mayor D.Gabor during the Prime Minister S. Batbold's official visit to Hungary March 10-12.
The Memorandum reflects such works as training Mongolian professionals in Hungary in water technology, constructing a flood dam in Biokombinat area near Ulaanbaatar, preserving cultural heritage and activating the collaboration between the two cities' councils.
The Mongolian Premier met with Budapest Mayor D.Gabor and said this visit contributes to kicking off a cooperation between the capital cities of the two countries.
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the relations between Mongolia and Hungary, Mr Gabor presented a "Golden Key" of Budapest to Batbold symbolizing relations of brotherhood cities.
