Hanoi (VNA) – International organisations and several countries have pledged 790
million USD to Vietnam to cope with climate change.
The commitment was made at a recent conference on science-technology for climate
change adaptation and mitigation, said Tran Minh Ha from the Office of the
National Target Programme to Respond to Climate Change.
Of the total funding, 250 million USD will come from the Clean Technology Fund of
the World Bank and the remaining will be provided by the governments of Denmark,
