Irish FM urges continued talks between Iran, Group 5

London, June 28 (IRNA) - Irish Foreign Minister, Micheal Martin, said on Friday that Dublin stresses continued talks between Iran and the Group 5+1 to achieve a peaceful solution to Iran's peaceful nuclear program.
In a meeting with Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Mehdi Safari in Dublin, he called for further expansion of Iran-Ireland bilateral ties.
He praised Iran's constructive role in establishment of regional security and stability.
Briefing the Irish foreign minister on the latest developments in Iran's peaceful nuclear program, Safari underscored the need for support of Dublin, as a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty, for producing nuclear energy by all world states.
Referring to great potentials in both countries for further expansion of bilateral cooperation, he called for holding Joint Iran-Ireland Economic Commission session in the near future.
Underlining the need for promotion of parliamentary relations between the two states, the Iranian envoy called for exchange of visits between the two countries' officials.
