Ecuadorian 1st VP seen off by Iranian counterpart
Tehran, March 7, IRNA -- Ecuadorian First Vice-President Lenin Moreno, winding up his official visit here, was seen off by his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad-Reza Rahimi.
During the ceremony on Sunday, the national anthems of both countries were played and the two officials reviewed the guard of honor.
Lenin arrived in Tehran last Friday to confer with the Iranian officials on the issues of gas, oil, production of foodstuffs and construction of power plants.
Ecuador’s first vice-president flew to Shiraz, the southern Fars province, after he left Tehran./end
