Iran beats US in freestyle wrestling in Moscow

Tehran, March 7, IRNA – Iran’s national freestyle wrestling team, after defeating Azerbaijan Republic, in its second match beat the U.S wrestling team 5 to 2 and got closer to final match on the Freestyle World Cup 2010 in Moscow.

Iranian wrestlers in the categories of 55, 60, 66, 74 and 96 kilograms won their US rivals but in the 84 and 120 kilograms lost to the US wrestlers.

Iran’s next rival will be Uzbekistan./end
