Iran's 1st VP welcomes Ecuadorian counterpart
Tehran, March 6, IRNA – First Vice-President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi officially welcomed his Ecuadorian counterpart Lenin Moreno in Tehran on Saturday.
During the welcoming ceremony, the national anthems of both the countries were played and the two officials reviewed a guard of honor.
During his two-day stay, Moreno is to hold bilateral talks with senior Iranian officials on gas, oil, production of foodstuffs and construction of power plants.
Moreno, who arrived in Tehran on Friday, will also meet Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, and Minister of Oil Massoud Mir-Kazemi later today./end
