Prime Minister Gilani represent Pakistan in D-8 summit

Islamabad, June 27 (PPI) - Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani will represent Pakistan at The Developing-8 (D-8) Summit to be held from July 4-8 in Malaysia, Foreign Office spokesman Sadiq Khan said Thursday.

"Meeting Challenges through Innovative Cooperation" is theme of D-8 Summit formed as economic development alliance consists of Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan & Turkey.

To a question, Sadiq Khan said Pakistan has accepted invitation for Prime Minister's visit to the United States and dates are being finalised.
