Russia: Moscow committed to its S-300 deal with Iran

Moscow, Feb 24, IRAN – Chairman of Russian Federation Council Sergei Mironov speaking to a Russian news agency said that his country will execute its commitment to deliver the S-300 Missile system to Iran.
According to RIA-Novosti News Agency, chairman of the Russian Federation Council who is also a member of Russian Security Council, said that there is a bilateral agreement with Iran, and Russia has always been committed to its contracts and international agreements.
He said the delay in delivering the system is due to technical problems and after resolving the problems, it will be sent to Iran.
Mironov added that Russia performs its policies independently and won't be influenced by other views.
The US and the Zionist regime are very concerned about Tehran-Moscow technical and military cooperation, he noted.
He said Iran has the right to increase its defensive ability against any kind of attack.
