El Baradei: Iran is a strong country
Beirut, Feb 21, IRNA – Former Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed El Baradei in an interview with Egyptian satellite network “ Dream” on Saturday said Iran is a strong country and there is not a weak point in its nuclear program.
He said that Iran enjoys a strategic position and has supporters in Iraq, Lebanon and the Arab world.
The former head of IAEA went on to say that Iran does not behave emotionally and is not frightened of the USA.
After ending his tenure in IAEA, El Baradei returned to Egypt on Friday afternoon and was welcomed by hundreds of Egyptian political activists./end
