KDN proposal at Yemen Cabinet today

SANA'A, Feb. 20 (Saba) - A team from the Korea
Electric Power Data Network Company (KDN) will put forward later today a proposal to
the
Yemeni Cabinet for Yemen Electronic Government.
KDN vice chairman, Man Sul Beo, said to Saba that the visit came in reply to the
invitation of the Cabinet Secretary General, Abdul Hafedh al-Semah, to get
acquainted with
the company proposal for the project which should adapt with Yemen's nature.
In case of the Yemeni side agrees the proposal the Korean side would implement and
finance the project by $ 150mln offered as a long-term loan, he said.
He affirmed that Yemen wishes for conveying the Korean experience of economy
development to the country and increasing the Korean investment in various fields
such as petroleum,
electric power, electronics, and real estate.
On the visit, the Yemeni-Korean friendship association would be announced to
support Korean investment in Yemen, he said.
