Knowledge Economic City Company Signs Agreement for Electricity

Jeddah, February 20, 2010, SPA -- Knowledge Economic City Company signed here
today an agreement with Areva Cogelex Company for the establishment of the
first electrical transformer station 110/8, 13KV for the delivery of electric
power to the Knowledge Economic City.

The City's Chief Executive Taher Mohammed Bawazir pointed out that the
transformer station in the east of Madinah will be linked with this station,
estimating the cost of the first phase of the delivery of electric power at SR
115 million including the first transformer station.

It is noteworthy that Areva Cogelex is considered as one of pioneering
international companies in execution of power projects in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia and Abroad.
