Yemen, Saudi to sign 6 financing agreements
SANA'A, Feb. 18 (Saba) - Yemen and
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will sign about six financing agreements under the Saudi
grant to Yemen,
the weekly 26septmebr reported on Thursday.
The Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Hisham Sharaf said
that the agreements are to be signed during the meetings of the Yemeni-Saudi
Coordination
Council to be kicked off on February 27 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister
Ali Mujawar and the Saudi Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Sultan Bin
Abdul-Aziz
Al Saud.
The financing agreements will be in areas of roads, rural roads, power, vocational,
Sharaf said, adding that the meeting would also discussed cooperation in fields of
health,
education, power linking between the two countries and ease the exports flow in
addition to encourage the common investments.
The council's preparatory committee is to initiate its meetings next Tuesday and
will last till Friday, February 26.
