Iranian play to be staged in Italy
TEHRAN, Feb. 17 (MNA) -- Iranian stage artist Yaser Khaseb will perform his “Mysterious Gifts: Theater of Iran” on February 22 in Bari, Italy.
The play will be staged as a part of an international event held by the Primavera dei Diritti (Spring of Rights) from February 18 to February 28 at the Kursaal Theater and in several other venues around the city.
The website called “Mysterious Gift” an “extraordinary show that blends dance, puppet theater and mime, particularly suitable also for a children’s audience”.
The play was created by Khaseb in 2006 and he has performed it in different European countries as well as in the United States. Khaseb is also the author of two other solo performances, “Mud” and “Motherland”.
Theater and music, a cycle of international conferences, meetings with the biggest NGOs, performances, exhibitions, video-installations, and theater performances will be held during the event.
