Iran-Turkey hold 21st economic commission

Ankara, Feb 3, IRNA – The 21st meeting of the Iran-Turkey joint economic commission started work Wednesday in Turkey.
The meeting is being held with participation of Iran’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and Turkish Minister of State Planning Organization Cevdet Yilmaz who are co-chairing the session.
The preliminary meeting of the 21st joint economic commission was held between the two countries on Monday.
The two delegations are due to show a roadmap of how to promote bilateral economic cooperation.
During the economic meeting, the two officials are planned to review ways to foster bilateral relations in trade, banking, investment, transportation and aerial fields.
Later in the day, a protocol is scheduled to be signed by Iran’s Mottaki and Turkey's Yilmaz.
The two ministers will hold a joint press conference on elaboration of the outcomes of the meeting as well./end
