Iran's Housing Foundation to build thousands of houses
TEHRAN, Feb. 2 (MNA) – Some 116,000 houses will be built by early next (Iranian) year (to begin March 21) in cities with below 25,000 population, the deputy director of Housing Foundation stated.
Javad Haqshenas told the Mehr News Agency that the houses will be constructed in the frame of the national Mehr Housing Plan.
To date, around 64,000 applicants have been introduced to the banking system to receive financial facilities, of them 36,000 have concluded contracts with acting banks, he noted.
