UNITED CONSULTATION OF JUDGES RUNNING
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A united consultation of general judges of court of appeal and trial court started Monday in Ulaanbaatar.
The judges are discussing the results of criminal, civil and administrative legal procedure issues of the year 2009 and goals of 2010. Other main agenda are issues of implementing the projects in court monitoring and improving system of reconciliation, lessons about a usage of E-fund of administrative court decisions.
This gathering has coincided with the meeting of Judges' Council that was run to select candidates for the General Council of Judges. The best courts and judges of 2009 are to be named as well.
The consultation will last until Wednesday.
