RESOLUTION OF NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT IS IMPORTANT FOR EUROPE, NEW PACE PRESIDENT
Strasbourg, January 26 (AzerTAc). The settlement of such a frozen conflict as Nagorno-Karabakh dispute is very important from the European point of view, incoming PACE President Mevlut Çavusoglu was quoted as saying.
According to the new PACE President, OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs as well as Switzerland continue their efforts to find a solution to the problem.
“Turkey-Armenia agreement would be a contribution to the security and peace in the region. The PACE will use every opportunity to solve the conflict by peaceful means. The war is not a way out of problems in the continent,” said Cavusoglu.
