Minister of Economy meets Syrian Finance minister

UAE Minister of Economy HE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri met in Damascus on Tuesday the Finance Minister of Syria Dr. Mohammed Al Hussain. In a statement given to Emirates News Agency (WAM) shortly after the meeting, Al Mansouri said that the discussions focused on the agenda of the forthcoming UAE-Syrian joint economic committee meeting scheduled for November this year.

The ministers also discussed issues pertaining to industrial affairs,
investment and infrastructure, among others. Al Mansouri said that the
meeting was part of the continuing efforts to strengthen economic relations between UAE and Syria on realistic plains. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
