Iran-Mauritania presidents hold private talks
Tehran, Jan 25, IRNA – Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Muritanian counterpart Mohamed Ould Abd AZIZ held private talks here Monday.
The talks took place after President Ahmadinejad welcomed President Mohamed Ould Abd AZIZ in an official ceremony in Iran’s Presidential Premises.
The Muritanian president is here heading a top-ranking delegation which includes his foreign and economic affairs ministers.
During his two-day stay in the capital city of Tehran, President Ould Abd AZIZ is scheduled to meet with a number of top Iranian officials and discuss bilateral relations, regional and international issues with them./end
