MGIMO AND AZERBAIJAN DIPLOMATIC ACADEMY TO EMBARK ON JOINT MASTER`S PROGRAMS
Baku, 23 January (AzerTAc). Anatoli Torkunov, rector of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-UNİVERSİTY) and Hafiz Pashayev rector of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) have today agreed to launch joint master`s programs following their meeting here today.
“High-profile teachers work at the ADA, and therefore, we think we should cooperate to prepare joint programs. We are planning to prepare a number of joint master`s programs", said Tolkunov.
According to him, future masters will be awarded a diploma of both higher educational institutions.
Torkunov pointed out both institutions also intend to co-organize conferences in the future for cooperation in conducting scientific researches.
On bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, Torkunov said “there is strategic partnership between the two nations.”
