OSCE FAILS TO CONDUCT MONITORING ON TROOPS CONTACT-LINE

Baku, 22 January (AzerTAc). In accordance with the mandate of personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, a monitoring was planned to be held on January 22 on the troops contact line near Chamanli village of Agdam region.
The monitoring did not take place due to technical reasons.
