“MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS ARE MORE ACTIVE”

Baku, 22 January (AzerTAc). “In comparison with previous years, co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Russia, America and France, are more active on the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict over the last two years, Ali Hasanov, head of the Socio-Political Department of Azerbaijan`s Presidential Administration said, commenting the upcoming meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
“Despite some efforts, there is no serious pressure on Armenia”, Hasanov stressed.
The top official of the Presidential Administration said without a pressure, it is difficult to make Yerevan retreat from non-constructive stance on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“However, sooner or later, the Armenian side will draw back from its non-constructive position”, Hasanov added.
“We always expect positive results from every meeting.”
