KOBZON: I EXPECT MUCH FROM BAKU FORUM
Baku, January 22 (AzerTAc). Russian People`s Artist Joseph Kobzon has expressed hope a first Azerbaijan-Russia forum on humanitarian cooperation would be “fruitful”.
“I expect much from the Baku forum as it brings together important people of culture both from Azerbaijan and Russia.”
Kobzon, an iconic Russian crooner, also shared his memories of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
“I have always had a lot of respect and love to Heydar Aliyev. Developing and preserving cultural values was among key priorities for him,” Kobzon said.
“I expect much from the Baku forum as it brings together important people of culture both from Azerbaijan and Russia.”
