PARTICIPANTS OF AZERBAIJAN-RUSSIA FORUM PAY TRIBUTE TO NATIONWIDE LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV
Baku, 22 January (AzerTAc). Participants of the 1st Azerbaijan-Russia forum on humanitarian cooperation have today visited Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev.
They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The participants of the forum also visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
Here, they laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
