BAKU TO HOST SEMINAR ON NATO/ PfP TRUST FUND PROJECT
Baku, 17 June, (AzerTAj) - A seminar on NATO/ PfP Trust Fund will be held in Baku during the “NATO week� on June 26-27, Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry`s Press Service said.
The event to be organized for the first time in a partner country will bring
together NATO member and partner countries, as well as about seventy representatives
from the Mediterranean Dialogue countries.
One of the NATO PfP Trust Fund projects clears unexploded ordnances in Saloglu
village of Agstafa region in Azerbaijan. The seminar will be chaired by NATO
Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Robert
F. Simmons.
During the visit Mr. Simmons will also hold bilateral meetings with Azerbaijani officials.
