At least four killed, two injured in blast at mosque in northwestern Pakistan
Islamabad, June 17 PPI: At least four people were killed and three others injured after an explosive device went off at a mosque in northwestern Pakistan on Monday, police said.
The blast occurred in Roshan Chiragh area of Dera Ismail Khan, a city in North West
Frontier Province of Pakistan, while people were coming out of mosque. It was not
immediately known who planted device at small mosque.
"Four people were killed and two others were injured when a timed explosive device
went off at a mosque," Abdul Ghaffar Qaiserani, a district police chief, said.
He said people were coming out of the mosque after prayer when the blast went off.
