INDIAN STUDIES CENTER OPENED IN AZERBAIJAN UNIVERSITY OF LANGUAGES

Baku, January 19 (AzerTAc). The Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) have signed a memorandum of understanding over launching the Indian Studies Center. The document was signed by the AUL rector Samad Seyidov and ambassador of India to Azerbaijan Debnath Shaw. Samad Seidov appreciated Shaw`s efforts in creation of the Center. Speaking about the Azeri-India cultural cooperation, Debnath Shaw expressed confidence that this Center would make a contribution to spreading Hindi in Azerbaijan.
