Bishkek, Feb. 19, 2026. /Kabar/. Registration for the Nationwide Testing in Kyrgyzstan began on February 17 and will run until April 2. This was announced at press conference in Kabar news agency by Durus Kozuev, Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation.
According to him, in December 2025, the ministry organized a special competition to select an independent service to conduct the Nationwide Testing. Following the competition, a Center for Educational Assessment and Teaching Methods was appointed for a three-year period (2026–2028).
"The testing schedule is approved by the Ministry of Education, and the admission and selection dates are indicated on the reverse side of the test certificate.
Grants based on testing results will be distributed, as in previous years, taking into account the location of secondary schools and eligible categories," noted Deputy Minister Durus Kozuev.
