HM King receives letter from HE French President

Manama, Feb. 2 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a letter from His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, regarding the longstanding ties and means to develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The letter was delivered by Eric Giraud-Telme, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Bahrain, during a meeting with His Majesty the King.

His Majesty emphasised the outstanding partnership between Bahrain and France and the ongoing commitment to further develop it in all domains that serve their mutual interests.

His Majesty the King commended HE President Macron’s efforts to enhance relations and develop constructive cooperation with the Kingdom, noting France’s active role and contributions to international efforts to maintain security, stability and regional and global peace.
