Iran and Iraq stress continued coordination to bolster regional stability

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Ambassador to Baghdad, Mohammad Kazem Al Sadegh, and Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid have emphasized the importance of continued joint coordination between Tehran and Baghdad to strengthen peace and stability in the region.

During a meeting in Baghdad on Sunday, the two sides discussed pathways to develop bilateral relations and expand cooperation across various fields, aiming to serve the aspirations of the two friendly nations, according to a report by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The meeting was focused on consolidating the foundations of regional peace and stability.
