Celebrate Bahrain Season 2025 concludes on New Year’s Eve

Manama, Jan. 1 (BNA): Celebrate Bahrain Season 2025 concluded with an exceptional celebratory programme featuring spectacular fireworks displays, alongside the largest drone show ever staged in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The landmark aerial display commenced at 12:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day, simultaneously across eight strategic locations spanning the Kingdom’s most prominent and vibrant tourist destinations.

This year’s drone show marked a milestone, with the participation of 2,500 drones, including 1,100 pyrotechnic drones soaring to heights of up to 400 metres. Fireworks reached altitudes ranging between 250 and 300 metres, creating a striking visual spectacle that illuminated Bahrain’s skyline during a breathtaking ten-minute aerial performance.

The festivities also featured advanced three-dimensional light projections on the façade of the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, adding an innovative and immersive dimension to the celebrations.

Display locations included The Avenues, Seef District, Bahrain Harbour, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Marassi Bahrain, Bahrain Bay Beach, Bahrain World Trade Center, and the area between Shaikh Hamad Bridge and Shaikh Isa bin Salman Bridge in Manama.

This geographical distribution enabled the public to enjoy the celebrations from multiple vantage points, offering panoramic views across several governorates of the Kingdom.
