New Factories Inaugurated in DPRK

 Pyongyang, January 1 (KCNA) -- The Cholryong Tile Factory and the Wonsan Building-materials Factory have been built in Kangwon Province of the DPRK.
The factories, furnished with efficient equipment needed for producing various kinds of tiles, roofing tiles and paving blocks, will help the province supply the finishing building materials by itself and push ahead with the regional and rural construction as required by the Workers' Party of Korea's policy.
Ceremonies for inaugurating them were held on the spots on December 31, 2025.
Present there were Paek Song Guk, chief secretary of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials in the province, Wonsan City and Anbyon County, working people, builders and employees of the factories.
On the same day, officials of the Party and power organs in the province and relevant sectors visited the newly-built Wonsan Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory to discuss the issues of producing more efficacious medicines conducive to promoting the people's health. -0-
