Open-air Ice Rink in Pyongyang Starts Operation

 Pyongyang, January 1 (KCNA) -- An open-air ice rink in the central part of Pyongyang started its service.
The ice rink, with spectacular night view by various light decorations, peculiar floodlights and garden lights, has been crowded with visitors from the first day of its service.
The faces of working people, students and children engrossed in skating and sleighing were full of happiness and optimism to add beauty to the night scenery of the capital city.
The ice rink provides skating and sleighing service mainly in the evening in consideration of weather conditions. -0-
