New Buildings Erected at Farm in Kaesong Municipality of DPRK
Pyongyang, January 1 (KCNA) -- The Tokam Farm of the Kaesong Municipal Rural Economic Committee in the DPRK has been renovated under the far-reaching plan of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee to turn the rural villages into more civilized and beautiful socialist fairyland.
New public buildings with good working and living conditions were erected at the farm in keeping with the wonderful modern dwellings built year after year to provide all the farmers with a new life of rural civilization.
A ceremony for inaugurating those public buildings and production buildings took place on the spot.
Present there were Ri Sung Jin, chairman of the Kaesong Municipal Rural Economy Committee, officials concerned, builders, and officials and working people of the farm.
At the end of the ceremony, the participants went round with emotion and joy various parts of the farm showing a new appearance of civilization along with the era of the Workers' Party.
An art performance was given to celebrate the auspicious event at the farm village and the happy laughter of people resounded. -0-
