Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Congratulatory Letter from Chongryon Central Standing Committee

 Pyongyang, January 1 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on January 1.
The letter said that the Chongryon Central Standing Committee paid the deepest tribute to the great President Kim Il Sung and General Kim Jong Il on the first morning of the historic new year 2026 when the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is to be held, and extended the highest glory and warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un in reflection of the boundless reverence and loyalty of all the Chongryon officials and other Koreans in Japan.
The respected Marshal ushered in a new era of building up the national power and enhancing the national prestige, to be specially noted in the history of the development of the DPRK, and opened up a heyday of development of its armed forces, firmly defending the sovereignty of the country and wellbeing of its people, it noted.
It said that he personally sent a letter "Let Us Write a New Great Chapter in the History of the Movement of Koreans in Japan by Carrying Forward the Patriotic Spirit of the Founder Generation," to be served as guidelines, on the occasion of the 70th birthday of Chongryon, thus providing it with the strategy for invincibility and a grand blueprint for development, which enables it to ensure the eternal continuity of its glorious patriotic history characterized by the traditions of loyalty, unity and patriotism pioneered by the generation of the founders of Chongryon.
