Jogorku Kenesh committees approves national budget of Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Dec. 23, 2025. /Kabar/. Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development; the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and Rules of Procedure of the Jogorku Kenesh; the Committee on Labor, Healthcare, Women's Affairs, and Social Issues; the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology, and Environmental Protection; the Committee on Science, Education, Innovative Development, Information Technology, Culture, Sports, and Youth Affairs; and the Committee on Industrial Policy, Transport, Fuel and Energy Complex, Architecture, and Construction reviewed bills concerning the national budget at joint meeting today, December 23. Representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, led by its Chairman, Adylbek Kasymaliev, participated in the joint meeting.

Specifically, deputies reviewed the draft laws "on amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027' and 'on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the planning period 2027-2028'."

Additionally, deputies heard a report on the execution of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024.
