HM King exchanges National Day greetings with HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim

Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Day, the 26th anniversary of His Majesty the King’s accession to the throne, and the accompanying national events.


 

Her Royal Highness expressed pride in Bahrain’s achievements under the comprehensive developmental process of His Majesty the King, highlighting the nation’s progress, enduring accomplishments, and enhanced international standing. She noted that these achievements have established Bahrain as a model of coexistence, stability, and economic and social development, opening broad avenues for sustainable growth.


 

Her Royal Highness thanked His Majesty for his continued support of Bahraini women, enabling their active participation across all national domains and consolidating their role as key partners in shaping the present and future. Her Royal Highness reiterated her commitment to leading the SCW in implementing His Majesty’s vision for women’s empowerment and sustainable progress, working closely with state institutions and the government under His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to serve the nation and achieve the objectives of His Majesty for a more prosperous future for all Bahrainis.


 

His Majesty the King sent a cable of thanks to HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim, commending the achievements realised across civil, developmental and social domains, including the notable progress of Bahraini women, and recognised the contributions of Her Royal Highness at the SCW in promoting women’s political, social and economic participation in national development.


 

On the occasion of Martyrs’ Day, His Majesty recalled with pride the sacrifices of those who gave their lives in defence of the Kingdom, its independence, and its status.
