Advanced Production Processes Developed

 Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- Scientists of the Food Research Institute under the Ministry of Regional Industry in the DPRK have succeeded in developing flour gluten-reinforcing agent and natural antiseptic and, on this basis, established the advanced processes for mass-producing them at the research institute, according to Rodong Sinmun.
Their development and production make it possible to open up a prospect for producing wheat flour suitable for making various kinds of tasty and quality wheat processed products across the country and for improving its storage safety.
The research institute is striving to further perfect production technology. -0-
