Foreign Ministry’s Organisations Affairs Chief receives French Foreign Ministry delegation

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA):  Hatem Abdulhameed Hatem, Chief of the Organisations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a delegation from the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, led by Nathalie Broadhurst, Director for the United Nations, International Organisations, Human Rights, and Francophonie Affairs.

The visit took place in conjunction with Bahrain’s preparations for its non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council for the 2026 – 2027 term.

The meeting discussed Security Council agenda items, potential areas of cooperation during Bahrain’s term, and addressed regional and international developments of mutual interest.
