HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, meets with senior U.S. delegates participating in the IISS Manama Dialogue 2025

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, today met with Doug Burgum, U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Tulsi Gabbard, U.S. Director of National Intelligence, and Admiral Charles Bradford Cooper II, the Commander of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), along with several senior members of the U.S. delegation participating in the IISS Manama Dialogue 2025.
His Royal Highness affirmed the historic nature of Bahrain–U.S. relations which are underpinned by strong collaboration across sectors, strategic partnerships, and agreements, exemplified by the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad underscored the shared commitment to advancing bilateral cooperation across multiple areas, including within military and defence sectors.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad stressed the importance of the United States’ role, alongside partners, in upholding international security and stability, and contributing to regional and global sustainable development.
The latest regional and international developments were discussed, as well as issues of common interest raised during the forum.
His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs, and several senior officials also attended the meeting.
