National Guard Staff Director receives Peninsula Shield Forces Commander

Manama, Oct. 21 (BNA):  Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, the National Guard Staff Director, received Major General Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Ruwais, Commander of the Peninsula Shield Forces.

Lt. Gen. Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud conveyed the greetings of General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard.  He underscored the key role played by the Peninsula Shield Forces in maintaining the security and stability of the GCC member states.

Lt. Gen. Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud also commended Major General Al Ruwais's efforts in strengthening military cooperation among the GCC countries.
