Adylbek Kasymaliev inspects 48 floor building construction in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept 26, 2025. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev inspected the construction of the Yntymak residential complex by the State Mortgage Company.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the Chief of the Presidential Property Management Department and the Chairman of the State Mortgage Company briefed the head of the Cabinet on the progress of construction.
Yntymak residential complex, which is being built as part of the "My Home" state housing program, will include 48 floor buildings, each with 18 to 24 floors. The complex will have 6,970 apartments with a total floor area of 603,534 square meters. Parking will be available for 3,852 vehicles, and commercial space will cover 32,606 square meters.
Construction work consists of four phases.
Kasymaliev noted that multi-story building construction is underway in all regions of the country, including populated areas, major cities, and districts. He emphasized that this work is being carried out to meet the needs of Kyrgyz citizens on the housing waiting list, and ordered that construction work be completed efficiently and on time.
It should be added that 925 apartment buildings with a total floor area of 4 million square meters are currently under construction as part of the state housing program to provide citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with affordable housing.
