President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s visit to the USA was discussed at the Atlantic Council, the largest Analytical Center in Washington, DC. Leading American experts, members of accredited diplomatic corps, senior officials of the White House, the National Security Council, the Department of State and the largest U.S companies talked about the bilateral cooperation prospects and concluded agreements.

LISA CURTIS, DEPUTY ASSISTANT TO U.S. PRESIDENT:
- Top on the agenda of the talks was economic cooperation. The two leaders considered a format to support regular dialogue to improve the business climate in Kazakhstan to attract more U.S. companies for seeking opportunities there.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Richard Hoagland, highlighted the Kazakhstan's firm leadership in resolving pressing international issues. He highly appreciated Kazakhstan’s peacekeeping initiatives put forward by Nursultan Nazarbayev.

RICHARD HOAGLAND, FORMER U.S. AMBASSADOR TO KAZAKHSTAN:
- Kazakhstan with multi-vector diplomacy as an honest broker on the world stage maintaining Kazakhstan’s independence and territorial integrity, while at the same time building positive relations with Russia, with China, with United States and with the European Union. It seriously undertook economic reform, which is now paying off handsomely. In 2010, when it held the chairmanship in Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, it hosted the first OSCE summit in many years.

Experts believe that the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the U.S. has reached a new level, which means that there will be a lot of mutually beneficial projects.
