Iran-Turkey-Azarbaijan Republic FMs May Meet

Baku, May 1, IRNA – Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Republic Elmar Mammadyarov said on Tuesday that the third round of trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Iran, Azerbaijan Republic and Turkey may be held. Referring to importance and use of such meetings, Mammadyarov said that the main theme of the meeting is regional issues. He added that the date of the meeting has not been determined due to the compressed working schedule of the ministers. Mammadyarov expressed hope that the date could be declared by Turkeyˈs Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu soon. The third round of the three foreign ministers was scheduled to be held in Erzurum, Turkey, on December 2012, but it was postponed. The first meeting was held in Oroumeyeh, Iran, and the second one was held in Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan Republic./end
