ISTANBUL (A.A) - The body of a Turkish harpist who died in a plane crash off Brazil was discovered and brought to Turkey on Tuesday. Harpist Fatma Ceren Necipoglu, also a lecturer at the Anadolu University State Conservatory, died as an Air France aircraft crashed into Atlantic Ocean off Brazil on June 1, 2009. She was returning from Rio Harp Festival. Her body was found two and a half years after the plane crash, and was brought to Istanbul. A funeral will take place at Istanbul's Fulya Arts Center on Thursday, and Necipoglu will be laid to rest after a religious funeral at the Tesvikiye Mosque.
