Singaporean Ambassador to Saudi Arabia: Camel Festival represents historical turning point between past, present

Riyadh, December 26, 2022, SPA -- Singaporean Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Wong Chow Ming stressed that the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival constitutes a historical turning point that combined the past, the present, and the future. During a visit to the festival headquarters at Sayahid, he said: "Camels for Saudis form history, culture and a beautiful heritage that received much attention from the government that sought to preserve it and move it to next generations," praising what he witnessed of a distinguished organization that reflects the importance of the international event. The ambassador's visit included pavilions participating in the festival, where he listened to a briefing about them and stopped by the weapons museum exhibition and watched a presentation about the final arbitration of some competitions. --SPA
