Turkish state minister for foreign trade to attend kitchen appliances fair in Germany
ANKARA (A.A) Feb 10 - Turkey's foreign trade minister will attend an international fair on dining, kitchen and houseware in Frankfurt, Germany on February 11-12.
As part of his two-day visit, Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan will meet on Friday with Turkish businessmen who will exhibit their products at the "AMBIENTE-lnternationale Frankfurter Messe", and visit the Turkish pavilion at the fair on Saturday, said a statement from Caglayan's office.
The minister is scheduled to return to Turkey on Saturday, the statement noted.
AMBIENTE-lnternationale Frankfurter Messe is the top international fair for the tabletop, kitchen, houseware and indulgence sectors.
A total of 59 Turkish firms are attending this year's fair as national exhibitors, as 43 companies are participating individually.
The fair will feature products in three categories: Dining - World of Table, Kitchen & Houseware; Giving - World of Gifts Unlimited; and Living - World of Interiors.
